GIAB Terms and Conditions for participation
GIAB 2012
Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th April 2012

By completing and returning the booking form along with the payment, you accept the following terms and conditions.
- A fee of £70 is charged for full participation:
- 1 table in GIAB 2012
- participators can attend the event and invigilate their own stand.
- A fee of £100 is charged for absent participation
- 1 table in GIAB 2012
- participants cannot attend the event
- GIAB will organise invigilation of the stand
- participators must cover the cost of return postage and packing of items sent and unsold.
- A fee of £40 is charged for half size participation
- 1/2 table in GIAB 2012
- participators can attend the event and invigilate their own stand
- For bookings to be confirmed, GIAB must receive the booking form and appropriate booking fee before the deadline date.
- The booking fee is non-refundable.
- Selected artist’s images, statements and other materials may be used for the GIAB archive, advertising, publicity and website
- While GIAB will endeavour to prevent breaches of copyright, GIAB will be in no way held responsible for any such breaches that may occur
- Participants are responsible for the transportation of their books to and from the event
- Participants are responsible for insuring artworks, equipment and any other property that may be part of GIAB
- GIAB is not responsible for any damage to artworks during the event
- Participants are responsible for setting up and taking down their artwork at the event (unless participant is non-attender)
- Participants are responsible for manning their stand throughout the event
The following is included in the booking fee:
- Artist/publisher name signage
- Inclusion in catalogue
- Profile on GIAB website
- Extensive marketing campaign
- 24 hour secure facilities
- One complimentary copy of the GIAB catalogue
- Additional services can be arranged at an additional cost such as electrical sockets, invigilation of your stand
GIAB takes no commission on sales of artwork!
GIAB will organise for a number of volunteers to invigilate stands during the event, thus giving participants a break!
